The Epilepsy Association of Western New York serves the northern counties of Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Genesee, and Southern Tier counties of Allegany, Cattaraugus, and Chautauqua. We are headquartered in Buffalo, and have Southern Tier Support Counselors in-network.
