Health and Wellness:
Health and Wellness Classes are designed to support individuals living with epilepsy by promoting overall well-being and quality of life. These classes provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can learn practical tools to manage stress, improve emotional balance, and strengthen coping skills.
Sessions may include mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, guided meditation, and other holistic approaches that support both mental and physical health. The goal is to help individuals better manage daily challenges associated with epilepsy while encouraging long-term wellness.
These classes are open to individuals with epilepsy and their caregivers as part of a broader commitment to education, support, and empowerment.
